青少年正畸患者口腔健康自我管理能力与牙周健康指数的相关性研究

Correlation between oral health self-management ability and periodontal health index in orthodontic patients

目的探讨青少年正畸患者口腔健康自我管理能力与牙周健康指数的相关性。方法选择2017年11月-2018年1月在我院口腔正畸科门诊就诊的青少年正畸患者235例,采用一般资料、口腔健康自我管理能力问卷进行问卷调查,并现场采集牙周健康指数,对口腔健康自我管理能力与牙周健康指数进行描述性分析和Pearson相关分析。结果青少年正畸患者的口腔健康自我管理能力有待提高,得分为(73.07±11.57)分;菌斑指数为(1.41±0.45)分,牙龈指数为(0.42±0.38)分;口腔健康自我管理能力总分及各维度得分与菌斑指数呈负相关,口腔健康自我管理行为维度得分与牙龈指数呈负相关。结论提高青少年正畸患者的口腔健康自我管理能力,将有助于降低牙周健康指数。应针对患者不同的口腔健康自我管理能力,制订适合患者的护理干预方案,维护患者的口腔健康。

Objective To study the correlation between oral health self-management ability and periodontal health index in adolescent orthodontic patients.Methods From November 2017 to January 2018,235 adolescent orthodontic patients in the affiliated stomatology hospital of Tongji university were investigated by the general information questionnaire and oral health self-management ability questionnaire.And the perio-dontal health index was collected on site.Oral health self-management ability and periodontal health index were studied by using methods of descriptive analysis and Pearson＇s correlation analysis.Results The oral health self-management ability of adolescent orthodontic patients＇ needs to be improved.Their self-management ability score is 73.07±11.57,plaque index is 1.41±0.45,and gingival index is 0.42±0.38.The score of oral health self-management ability and score of each dimension were negatively correlated with plaque index.The score of oral health self-management behavior dimension was negatively correlated with gingival index.Conclusion Raising the oral health self-management ability of adolescent orthodontic patients will help to reduce the periodontal health index.The formulation of a precise nursing intervention program should be based on the different oral health self-management capabilities of each patient to maintain the patients＇ oral health.
