摘要
智慧城市的建设是一个复杂大系统,需统筹考虑国家战略、城市发展需求、科学技术等众多因素。顶层设计为解决智慧城市发展难题提供了一条切实可行的道路。文章在智慧城市顶层设计架构的基础上,将"IFP"框架的思想运用于智慧城市顶层设计中,并以"智慧岳阳"为例进行实证分析,为智慧城市建设提供参考。
The construction of a smart city is a complex system, which needs an overall consideration of national strategies, urban development needs, science and technology and many other factors, top-level design provides a feasible path to solve the development problems of smart cities. Based on the structure of top-level design, this paper applies the concept of "IFP" framework to top-level design of smart city ,and taking “Smart YueYang” as an example for empirical analysis, to provide reference for smart city construction .
