随着云技术的快速发展,云服务平台的建设开始在电子政务和行政管理等领域中得到广泛应用,城市规划项目的申报审批是城市规划管理部门的一项重要工作,为了解决传统项目申报评审流程既耗费人力又耗费时间等问题,文章研究了基于云技术及SAAS模式建立远程专家评审系统,为专家评审提供多层次技术手段支持,对提升政府服务水平具有重要的促进作用。

With the rapid development of cloud technology, the construction of cloud service platform has been widely applied in the felds of e-government and administrative management,The examination and approval of the urban planning project is an important work of urban planning management department. In order to reduce labor and time consumption, remote expert evaluation system is studied based on cloud technique and SAAS model, that provide multi-level technique support for expert evaluation and enhance the level of government services.
