瑞士洛桑联邦理工学院以建设世界顶尖的理工类高校为战略目标,制定了以国际化为基础的发展战略,并通过实施全方位的国际化措施,成功弥补了人才不足、经费短缺和管理经验匮乏的短板,使自身在短时间内成功从一所普通的工科学校转型为一所世界一流大学,是通过国际化战略谋取和积累物质资本、人力资本和组织资本等关键资源并获得竞争优势的成功范例。本文从资源基础理论的视角切入,深入剖析了洛桑联邦理工学院在师资建设、人才培养、科学研究和管理借鉴等方面的国际化策略及其效果,总结了该校建设世界一流大学进程中在国际化方面的有效经验与启示。

In the past few decades,Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne（EPFL） has successfully transformed itself into a World-class university.As a young research university,EPFL＇s rapid rising could be mainly attributed to its effective strategies and practice in internationalization,with which EPFL has recruited a large number of top talents from overseas,attracted abundant international resources and improved its management and culture.Based on the view of resource-based theory,this paper analyzed the role of international strategy in EPFL＇s rapid development,hoping that EPFL＇s successful experience could inspire research universities in China.
