摘要
因MOOC广为诟病的高辍学率和低完成率,SPOC应运而生,且兼具线上MOOC与线下课堂的优点。SPOC正成为法学教育信息化的主要形式和趋势,原因有三:一是SPOC更加生动且富有感染力;二是SPOC能将隐性知识显性化;三是SPOC是知识分享与知识建构平台。目前,法学类SPOC开发模式有引进、改造和自建三种,其中为主的自建模式主要包括知识单元分解、脚本创作、视频拍摄和后期制作四个环节。SPOC在线运行则主要包括课程资源上线与参数设置、学生注册选课、课程预习与在线学习、课程考核与效果反馈四个环节。当前,法学类SPOC建设的局限在于各高校间协同不够、SPOC数量与规模不足,故应构建各高校法学类SPOC的跨校协同共建和分享机制,以优化配置法学教育资源。
With the high dropout rates and low completion rates of MOOC criticized widely,SPOC came into spotlight.Having the advantages of both online MOOC and offline classroom,SPOC is becoming a main form and trend in the informatization of law education.There are three reasons for SPOC's rapid emergence and development:first,SPOC is more vivid and has appealing effects;second,SPOC can make tacit knowledge explicit;third,SPOC provides a platform for sharing and constructing knowledge.At present,introduction,reform and self-construction are three types of SPOC development models for law education.Self-construction model,which is the main model,mainly includes four processes:knowledge unit decomposition,script creation,video shooting and post-production.Online operation for SPOC has four steps,including making course resources online and parameter setting,student registration and course selection,preview and online learning,as well as course assessment and feedback.Current SPOC construction for law education is limited by the lack of collaboration among universities and the short of quantity and scale.Therefore,it is necessary to build a cross-university collaborative and sharing mechanism to optimize the allocation of law education resources.
