“大班授课、小班研讨”教学模式应用效果研究——基于“高级财务会计”课程的自然实验证据

Research on the Effect of “Lecture in Large Class and Seminar in Small Class”——Natural Experiment Evidence from the Course of “Advanced Financial Accounting”

本文以南京审计大学会计学院试点＂大班授课、小班研讨＂教学模式为研究背景,以＂高级财务会计＂课程为研究对象,采用自然实验的研究方法,对该教学模式的应用效果进行了检验。研究发现,＂大班授课、小班研讨＂教学模式加深了学生对课程知识的理解,提高了学生的知识应用能力,加强了学生的学习积极性和团队合作意识。本文还发现小班研讨课更适用于问题式、探究式的教学方式,而对知识点的掌握主要还依赖传统的课堂教学模式。

This paper evaluated the effect of ＂lecture in large class and seminar in small class＂based on the course of Advanced Financial Accounting in Nanjing Audit University,with the method of natural experiment.It found that the teaching mode of ＂lecture in large class and seminar in small class＂ could enhance the understanding of course knowledge,improve the capacity of knowledge application,and promote learning activeness and consciousness of team work.It also found that seminar was more applicable in those problem-oriented,exploration-oriented teaching activities,however,knowledge acquisition based learning depended more on traditional classroom teaching mode.
