盆腔静脉曲张症的彩色多普勒超声特征分析

Color Doppler Ultrasound Features in Pelvic Varices

目的:分析盆腔静脉曲张症的彩色多普勒超声特征表现。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年12月本院经X线盆腔静脉造影检查证实为盆腔静脉曲张症患者60例为病变组,另选取同期健康受试者50例为对照组。对两组彩色多普勒超声血流参数和声像图特征进行分析。结果:两组在形态、彩色血流特征、盆腔静脉测值等方面的彩色多普勒超声特征表现均存在差异;病变组盆腔静脉内径、范围均大于对照组,盆腔静脉流速低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盆腔静脉曲张症具有一定的彩色多普勒超声特征,临床需仔细鉴别。

Objective：To analysis the color doppler ultrasound features in pelvic varices.Method：A total of 60 patients with pelvic varicosis diagnosed by X ratios from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as pathological group,and 50 healthy subjects were selected as control group in the same period.The blood flow parameters and sonographic features of two groups of color doppler ultrasound were analyzed.Result：There were differences between two groups in the characteristics of color Doppler ultrasound in morphology,color blood flow characteristics and pelvic vein measurements.The diameters and ranges of pelvic veins in pathological group were larger than those of control group,and the velocity of pelvic vein was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Color Doppler ultrasound in the pelvic varices have characteristics,clinical need to be carefully differentiated.
