首发精神分裂症NGF、Hcy血清浓度与临床症状相关性研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨神经生长因子(Nerve growth factor,NGF)及同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)与首发精神分裂症患者临床症状的相关性。方法:选取2017年3-11月在本院住院治疗的42例首发精神分裂症患者为研究组,另选取同期健康体检者40例为对照组。检测两组血清NGF、Hcy水平,并使用阳性症状与阴性症状量表(Positive and negative symptoms scale,PANSS)对患者组进行临床症状评定,分析患者NGF、Hcy水平与PANSS评分的相关性。结果:两组性别、年龄、婚姻、体重指数(body mass index,BMI)、受教育程度及吸烟情况等一般资料比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组NGF血清浓度为(34.14±7.66)pg/m L,低于对照组(41.06±7.25)pg/m L,比较差异有统计学意义(t=-2.651,P=0.012);研究组Hcy血清浓度为(19.59±4.28)μmol/L,高于对照组(12.69±5.36)μmol/L,比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.802,P=0.001);患者NGF血清浓度和PANSS总分、阴性分均呈负相关(r=-0.469、-0.406,P=0.021、0.049),Hcy血清浓度与PANSS阴性分呈正相关(r=0.473,P=0.002)。结论:NGF不足和Hcy水平过高可能都参与精神分裂症的起病,并均可能会导致认知功能损害和阴性症状。 Objective:To explore the correlation among nerve growth factor and homocysteine and clinical syndrome in first episode schizophrenia.Method:A total of 42 patients with first episode schizophrenia who were hospitalized in our hospital from March to November 2017 were selected as study group,and 40 healthy subjects were selected as control group.The serum levels of NGF and Hcy were detected in two groups,and the clinical symptoms were evaluated using the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),and the correlation between the level of NGF,Hcy and PANSS score were analyzed.Result:The gender,age,marriage,body mass index(BMI),education level and smoking in two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P〈0.05).The serum concentration of NGF in study group was(34.14±7.66)pg/m L,which was lower than(41.06±7.25) pg/m L in control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=-2.651,P=0.012).The serum concentration of Hcy in study group was(19.59±4.28)μmol/L,which was higher than(12.69±5.36)μmol/L of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.802,P=0.001).NGF serum concentration were negatively correlated with PANSS total score and negative score(r=-0.469,-0.406,P=0.021,0.049).Hcy serum concentration was positively correlated with PANSS negative score(r=0.473,P=0.002).Conclusion:Deficiency of NGF and high level of Hcy may be involved in the onset of schizophrenia and may lead to cognitive impairment and negative symptoms.
