布地奈德混悬液联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的临床研究

Clinical Research of Budesonide Suspension Liquid Combined with Montelukast Sodium in Pediatric Patients with Post-infectious Cough

目的:探讨布地奈德混悬液联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取2014年1月-2016年6月本院收治的感染后咳嗽患儿180例,按单盲随机原则分为观察组和对照组,每组90例。对照组给予布地奈德混悬液治疗,观察组在此基础上给予孟鲁司特钠治疗。观察基线期及治疗后两组咳嗽症状积分变化,比较两组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总显效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组日间、夜间咳嗽症状积分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德混悬液联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿感染后咳嗽具有良好的协同作用。

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect and safety of Budesonide Suspension Liquid combined with Montelukast Sodium in pediatric patients with post-infectious cough.Method：A total of 190 pediatric patients with post-infectious cough were selected from January 2014 to June 2016 in our hospitals and according to the single blinded randomized they were divided into observation group and control group,90 cases in each group.The control group received Budesonide Suspension Liquid for inhalation treatment,and Montelukast Sodium was added in the observation group.Changes in score of cough symptom of two groups were observed baseline phase and after treatment,clinical effects and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result：Efficiency of clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher than that of the control groups（P〈0.05）.After treatment,day and night coughing symptom score of the observation group were lower than those of the control groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The therapy of Budesonide Suspension Liquid combined with Montelukast Sodium in pediatric patients with post-infectious cough has a good synergistic effect.
