自体血回收在剖宫产术中应用的安全性、可行性研究

Safety and Feasibility of Autologous Blood Recovery in Cesarean Section

目的:探讨自体血回收在剖宫产术中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2017年1月-2018年1月收治的择期剖宫产分娩的前置胎盘患者22例作为研究对象。观察患者自体血回收前后血流动力学;采用速率散射比浊法测定血清免疫球蛋白Ig G、Ig M、Ig A水平,单向免疫扩散法测定补体C3、C4水平;采用流式细胞仪法检测T细胞亚群CD8^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平。结果:回收后患者的血清Ig G、Ig A、Ig M、C3、C4水平与回收前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平与回收前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);血氧饱和度、舒张压、收缩压、心率与回收前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自体血回收不会影响T细胞亚群平衡与体液免疫,并不会对血流动力学产生影响。

Objective：To investigate the effect of autologous blood recovery in cesarean section. Method：A total of 22 patients with placenta previa undergone elective caesarean section delivery from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were selected as the study objects.The hemodynamics before and after autologous blood recovery was observed;the levels of serum immunoglobulin Ig G,Ig M,Ig A were measured by rate scattering turbidimetry,the complement C3 and C4 were measured by one-way immunodiffusion assay;the CD8~＋、CD4~＋、CD4~＋/CD8~＋ of T cell subsets were detected by flow cytometry.Result：There were no significant differences in the level of serum Ig G,Ig A,Ig M and complement C3 and C4 of patients after recovery（P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences in the levels of CD4~＋,CD8~＋ and CD4~＋/CD8~＋ after recovery（P〈0.05）.The oxygen saturation,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate after recovery were not significantly different from those before recovery（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Autologous blood recovery does not affect the balance of T cell subsets and humoral immunity and does not affect hemodynamics.
