西帕依固龈液辅助治疗牙龈炎的效果观察

Effect of Xipayi Solid Liquid in Treatment of Gingivitis

目的:探究西帕依固龈液辅助治疗牙龈炎的临床效果。方法:选取本院2016年10月-2017年10月确诊为牙龈炎患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予西帕依固龈液治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)以及口臭评分。结果:治疗后观察组PLI、SBI、GI评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组口臭评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组临床总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=4.320,P=0.038)。结论:西帕依固龈液可减少牙菌斑的堆积、降低SBI和改善牙龈健康,治疗单纯性牙龈炎临床疗效显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Xipayi Solid Liquid in the treatment of gingivitis.Method：A total of 60 patients with gingivitis diagnosed in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was received routine treatment,the observation group was treated with Xipayi Solid Liquid treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the scores of gingival index（GI）,sulcus bleeding index（SBI）,plaque index（PLI） and halitosis between the two groups were compared.Result： After treatment,the scores of PLI,SBI and GI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.However,there was no significant difference in the score of halitosis between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=4.320,P=0.038）.Conclusion：Xipayi Solid Liquid can reduce the accumulation of plaque,reduce SBI and improve the gingival health,and has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of simple gingivitis.
