本文结合当前医院发展面临的客观形势,对医院如何加强纪检监察工作整体建设进行了详尽分析与探讨。文章重点论述了在开展纪检监察工作中要坚持教育、制度、监督三者并重的工作原则,详尽阐述了教育、制度、监督各自的特点与侧重点,并结合实际案例进行了分析。该文为当前医院纪检监察工作的整体建设及工作的推进提供了有益的借鉴和方法。
Based on the objective situation of the current hospital development,this article makes a detailed analysis and discussion on the discipline inspection and supervision of hospitals.It is necessary to adhere to the principle of equal emphasis on education,system,and supervision.The characteristics and emphasis of education, system and supervision were expounded in detail and the actual cases were analyzed and discussed.This article provides a beneficial reference and method for the overall construction and work promotion of the current discipline inspection and supervision work of hospitals.
