供给侧视角下的福建省耕地生产效率分析

摘要 利用DEA模型对福建省的耕地生产效率进行计算,分析9个设区市的平均耕地生产效率,将9个设区市分为3个级别,并采用Tobit模型分析影响耕地生产效率的相关因素。结果表明,耕地复种指数对耕地生产效率影响最大,人均GDP以及单位面积机械动力与它呈正相关关系,而农药对耕地生产效率呈负相关关系。加强耕地生产的科研投入,以及新科技的技术推广,合理使用农药,适当实施轮作制度,才能提高耕地生产效率,合理高效地利用土地。 The efficiency of cultivated lands production in Fujian province was calculated by DEA model. The average cultivated lands production efficiency of its nine districts was analyzed. The nine districts were divided into three levels and the Tobit model was used to analyze the factors affecting the productivity. The results showed the cropland cropping index had the greatest effect on the productivity,the per capita GDP and the mechanical power per unit area were positively correlated with it,while the pesticide had a negative correlation with the productivity. We should strengthen the scientific research of cultivated lands production,as well as new technology promotion,rational use of pesticides,appropriate implementation of rotation system,in order to improve the efficiency of arable lands,reasonable and efficient use of lands.
