氧化铝装备及平台工具的进展

The progress of equipment and platform tools in alumina industry

摘要 总结了氧化铝企业使用的装备和辅助工具,其中主要的"标准"设备和"非标"设备的现状和进展情况,列出了目前乃至下一阶段可以采用的设备型式和规格系列,给出了业内已有成功运行经验的先进的辅助工具,如,SysCAD、氧化铝智能工厂、数字化设计、管道应力分析等,加深对这些高效、大型装备和先进的平台工具的了解,对提高从业者技术水平有借鉴作用。 The equipment and auxiliary tools used by alumina enterprises are summarized, the status quo and progress of major "standard" and "non-standard" equipment are given, and the equipment types and specification that can be adopted at present and in the next stage are listed. Advanced auxiliary tools such as SysCAD, intelligent factory, digital design and pipeline stress analysis with successful operating experience in the industry have been provided to deepen the understanding of these high-efficiency, large-scale equipment and advanced platform tools, and provide some reference for industry practitioners to improve the technical level
