摘要
针对罐式煅烧炉生产阳极炭素工艺中存在的自动化程度低,需要人工干预炉顶布料的问题,提出了一种自动布料的解决方案。该方案以格雷母线定位技术为基础,配合无线料位仪表检测技术,实现了自动布料功能,同时可以对生产异常做出及时报警。
In view of the low degree of automation in the process of anode carbon production from retort calciner and the need to manually intervene the feeding on the top of the calciner, an automatic feeding solution is proposed. Based on the Gray bus positioning technology and combining with the wireless level meter detection technology, the solution realizes the automatic feeding, and at the same time, it can make timely alarm for production anomalies.
