摘要
目的探讨布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的效果。方法选取2016年4月~2018年1月因AECOPD于我院就诊的90例患者作为研究样本并根据治疗方法不同分组,对照组45例予沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,观察组45例在对照组基础上联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,7 d为1个疗程。比较两组治疗前后肺功能指标FEV1/FVC、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)改善情况,比较两组APN及炎性因子肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)情况,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组TNF-α、APN水平低于对照组,FEV1/FVC、FEV1等肺功能指标则高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的77.78%(35/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对AECOPD患者应用布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗效果显著,有助于气道炎症减轻,改善肺功能,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of inhalation of Budesonide combined with Salbutamol on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD). Methods From April 2016 to January 2018, 90 patients with AECOPD in our hospital were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. In the control group,45 cases were treated with atomization inhalation of Salbutamol, 45 cases in the observation group were treated with aerosol inhalation of Budesonide on the basis of the control group, 7 days as a course of treatment. The improvement of lung function index FEV1/FVC and 1 second forced expiratory volume(FEV1) before and after treatment in the two groups were compared, and the two groups of APN and inflammatory factor tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) were compared, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the level of TNF-α and APN in the observation group were lower than those of the control group. while the pulmonary function indexes such as FEV1/FVC and FEV1 were higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%(43/45), higher than that of the control group(35/45), the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion For AECOPD patients, Budesonide combined with salbutamol aerosol inhalation is effective in treating airway inflammation and improving lung function. It is worth promoting.
