大隐静脉主干剥脱联合聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张的效果观察

Effect observation of great saphenous vein stripping combined with lauromacrogol sclerosing foam in treatment of varicose vein of lower limb

目的观察大隐静脉主干剥脱联合聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张的效果。方法选取2015年6月~2017年6月在我院治疗的86例下肢静脉曲张患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例。对照组实施大隐静脉剥脱术,观察组实施大隐静脉主干剥脱与聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂联合治疗。观察两组临床指标、治疗效果、并发症发生情况。结果观察组术中出血量为(24.69±5.05)ml,少与对照组的(41.36±7.48)ml;手术时间为(32.76±3.98)min、住院时间为(6.21±0.52)d,短于对照组的(45.84±5.93)min、(7.69±0.87)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.13%,低于对照组(17.02%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率为95.74%,对照组有效率为89.36%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大隐静脉主干剥脱与聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂联合治疗下肢静脉曲张效果确切,可减少术后并发症,缩短患者术后身心恢复时间,并满足其对美容的需求。

Objective To observe the effect of great saphenous vein stripping combined with lauromacrogol sclerosing foam in treatment of varicose vein of lower limb. Methods A total of 86 patients with varicose vein of lower limb treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected, and they were divided into two groups by random number table method, 43 cases in each group. The control group was given great saphenous vein stripping, while the observation group was treated with great saphenous vein stripping combined with lauromacrogol sclerosing foam. The clinical indexes, curative effects, complications of two groups were observed. Results The intraoperative bleeding volume in observation group was（24.69±5.05） ml, was less than that in the control group of（41.36±7.48） ml, operation time, hospital stays in observation group were（32.76 ±3.98） min and（6.21±0.52） d, were shorter than thatose in the control group of（45.84±5.93） min and（7.69±0.87） d, with statistical differences（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complication in the observation group（2.13%） was lower than that in the control group（17.02%）, and the difference statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 95.74% and 89.36%, there was no statistical difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Great saphenous vein stripping combined with lauromacrogol sclerosing foam in treatment of varicose vein of lower limb is effective, it can reduce complications,shorten postoperative recovery time, satisfy patients′ cosmetic needs.
