孔氏护心方加减联合牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果观察

Effect observation of addition and subtraction of Kong′s Huxin Prescription combined with traction treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis

目的探讨孔氏护心方加减联合牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果。方法选取2016年2月~2017年3月我院收治的86例椎动脉型颈椎病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组行牵引治疗,观察组加用孔氏护心方加减。比较两组的总有效率;比较两组患者治疗前后的头痛、眩晕评分,椎动脉血流动力学指标。结果观察组的总有效率为95.3%,高于对照组的86.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的头痛、眩晕评分及椎动脉血流动力学指标均高于治疗前,同时观察组的上述评分及血流动力学指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孔氏护心方加减联合牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果理想,血流动力学改善较好,患者的疼痛、眩晕症状改善明显。

Objective To explore the effect of addition and subtraction of Kong′ s Huxin Prescription combined with traction treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods 86 patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2017 were selected as study objects and they were divided into the observation group and control group, and there were 43 cases in each group. The control group was given traction treatment, while the observation group was added the addition and subtraction of Kong′ s Huxin Prescription.The total effective rate between the two groups was compared. The headache, vertigo score and vertebral artery hemodynamic indexes before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.3%, which was higher than that of the control group（86.0%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the headache and vertigo score and the vertebral artery hemodynamic indexes in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the above scores and vertebral artery hemodynamic indexes of the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of addition and subtraction of Kong′s Huxin Prescription combined with traction treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis is ideal, and the hemodynamic improvement was better, and the pain and vertigo symptoms are improved significantly.
