基于网络环境的医学情报服务模式转变及其应对措施探讨 被引量:1

摘要 随着社会经济和科学技术不断发展,计算机技术、互联网通讯技术、云计算技术等现代信息技术,在社会各个行业、领域,得到了越来越广泛的重视和应用。就医学情报服务机构而言,现代信息技术的引入和应用,从根本上改变了医学情报服务的服务模式,进一步提高医学情报信息传递效率和共享率的同时,大幅度削弱了信息资源优势的重要性,转而突出了信息资源收集能力、获得能力、以及处理能力,在医学情报服务过程中的重要作用。在这种环境背景下,传统的医学情报服务模式,表现出越来越明显的局限性和不适应性,亟需做出相应的转变,以满足行业的实际发展。笔者即从医学情报服务入手,就网络环境下服务模式的转变特点和具体措施,发表几点看法,以供相关人员参考。 With the continuous development of social economy and science and technology, modern information technologies such as computer technology, Internet communication technology, and cloud computing technology have received increasing attention and application in various industries and fields of society. As far as medical information service organizations are concerned, the introduction and application of modern information technology has fundamentally changed the service model of medical information services, further improved the efficiency and sharing rate of medical information, and significantly reduced the importance of information resources. Sexuality, in turn, highlights the important role of information resources collection capabilities, acquisition capabilities, and processing capabilities in the process of medical information services. Under this background, the traditional medical information service model shows more and more obvious limitations and inadaptability, and it is necessary to make corresponding changes to meet the actual development of the industry. The author starts with the medical information service and gives opinions on the characteristics and specific measures of the service model in the network environment for the reference of related personnel.
