优质化护理在老年慢性支气管炎护理中的应用效果

The application effect of optimization nursing in elderly chronic bronchitis nursing

目的研究优质化护理在老年慢性支气管炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月~2017年2月我院收治的80例老年慢性支气管炎患者作为研究对象,根据护理干预方式的不同将其分为对照组、观察组,每组40例。对照组中的患者采用常规护理;观察组中患者采用优质化护理。对所有患者护理前、护理后的生活质量以及护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者护理后的生活质量评分均高于护理前,且观察组患者护理后的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质化护理在老年慢性支气管炎护理中的应用效果显著,改善患者的生活质量,提高护理满意程度,值得推广使用。

Objective To study the application effect of high quality nursing in the nursing of chronic bronchitis in the aged. Methods Eighty elderly patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February2017 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group,and there were with 40 cases in each group by different nursing intervention methods. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing. Patients in the observation group were treated with high quality nursing.The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of all patients before and after nursing were compared. Results The quality of life scores of patients in the observation group after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the quality of life scores of patients in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of high quality nursing in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis is remarkable, improving the quality of life of patients and improving the satisfaction degree of nursing, which is worth popularizing and using.
