This paper introduced the frame structure of the 104 teleeontrol message and the reading method of MMS message. In order to dispatch the remote control failure ease of the main station, the paper analyzed how to handle the remote control failure by reading the message, and the software PCS-Gateway teleeontrol debugging method, and summarized the reasons for the common remote control failure, in order to provide reference for the future work.
