发条梳发机设计原理与实践

摘要 目前, 发制品行业的很多工序都是纯人工作业, 劳动强度较大.基于此, 本文主要介绍了一款梳发机, 其主要由机架、 工作台组件、 小车组件、 梳子组件、 压发组件和控制系统组成.然后, 探讨其工作原理和实践应用.经过实践可得出, 此设备结构严谨、 布局合理, 实现了梳发、 篦水工作同步完成, 改善了工人的工作环境, 提高了生产效率, 为推动产业升级起到了积极作用. At present, many processes in the hair products industry are purely manual operations, and the labor inten- sity is relatively large. Based on this, this paper mainly introduced a combing machine, which was mainly composed of frame, workbench component, ear assembly, comb module, pressing component and control system. Then, the work principle and practical application were discussed. Through practice, it could be concluded that the equipment was strict in structure and reasonable layout. The work of comb and grate was completed synchronously, the working environment of workers was improved, production efficiency had been improved, and it had played an active role in promoting industrial upgrading.
