摘要
科技的高速发展通常会带来一定的技术问题.在汽车生产制造过程中, 汽车焊装夹具大多随着生产线的淘汰而全部废弃.这一问题对国内甚至是国际上各汽车生产单位来说十分普遍, 且早已习以为常, 但这造成了极大的浪费.针对这一现象, 将汽车车身常用焊装夹具按使用类别及工作方式进行划分, 详细标记定位每一个具体零件, 利用CATIA、 UG等软件对其进行三维建模并对焊装件分类、 汇总, 建立数据库.本文对成组快装焊装夹具数据库的建立、 成组技术、 成组快装设计要求等方面进行介绍, 并对焊装夹具成组快装技术应用价值及市场价值进行分析, 解决了夹具市场中闲置夹具过度浪费、 制造周期长和成本高的问题.
The rapid development of science and technology usually brings some technical problems. In the manufacturing process of automobile, most of the welding jigs and fixtures are abandoned with the elimination of the production line. This problem is very common for domestic and even international automobile production units, and has been used to it, but it has caused a great deal of waste. In view of this phenomenon, the commonly used welding fixtures in automobile body were divided according to the use categoi~/and working mode, and each specific part was marked and located in detail. The 3D modeling was can'ied out by using CATIA and UG software, and the welding parts were classified and summarized, and the database was set up. In this paper, the establishment of group fast loading welding fixture database, group technology, group fast loading design requirements and other aspects were introduced, and the application value and market value of fast loading technology of welding fixture group were analyzed, which solved the problem of excessive waste, long cycle time and high cost in fixture market.
