摘要 文章为开发具有自主知识产权的船用低速柴油机电控燃油系统,研制了一套电控燃油系统试验开发平台;为验证所设计试验台的准确性,采用Compact RIO硬件与Lab VIEW软件平台编写了一套监测系统。试验结果表明:监测系统能准确的采集信号,在程序FPGA底层使用了两种可实时切换的采集机制,满足试验平台在不同工况下的需求,同时还提供了一种处理大量数据回放的方法。最后通过试验台验证,其结果符合设计目标要求,为优化低速机电控燃油系统提供了研究平台。 In order to develop the electronic control fuel system of marine low speed diesel engine with independent intellectual property right,a set of test and development platform of electronic control fuel system is developed,and the accuracy of the designed test bed is verified. A monitoring system is developed using Compact RIO hardware and Lab VIEW software platform. The experimental results show that the monitoring system can collect signals accurately,and two kinds of real-time switchable acquisition mechanisms are used in the bottom of the program FPGA,which can meet the needs of the test platform under different working conditions. At the same time,it also provides a method for processing a large amount of data playback. Finally,it is verified by the test bench that the results meet the requirements of the design goal,and are used to optimize the low speed electromechanical system. The fuel control system provides a research platform.
