摘要 文章针对船舶轴系振动试验台的碰摩试验方法与技术,比较分析了试验台碰摩工况与实际船舶碰摩工况的不同之处。利用轴心轨迹曲线和振幅-时间响应曲线对两种工况的载荷响应特征进行了数值模拟,进而在带有碰摩装置的试验台上进行了试验验证。结果表明:实际工况中碰摩载荷越大、轴系转速越快,激起艉轴振动越强烈;相比试验台工况,艉轴的最大振幅更大,因此需要修正试验条件以接近真实船舶尾轴碰摩工况。 Aiming at the method and technology of rub-impact test of shafting vibration test bench,the paper compares and analyzes the difference between the rub-impact condition of the test bench and the actual ship rub-impact condition. The load response characteristics of the two working conditions were numerically simulated by using the axis trajectory curve and the amplitude-time response curve,and the experimental results were verified on the test bench with rub-impact device. The results show that the greater the impact load,the faster the speed of shaft system and the stronger the vibration of stern shaft,and the greater the maximum amplitude of stern shaft is compared with the test bed condition,so it is necessary to revise the test conditions to approach the actual stern shaft rubbing condition.
