摘要 电机为舰艇动力系统、辅助机械系统的关键设备,对其开展状态监测及故障诊断具有重要意义。基于MCA理论的电机故障检测仪作为舰用电机常用的监测仪器,具有携带方便,操作简单等特点。但是,在日常监测过程中,对其监测诊断结果的可靠性及测试方式对结果的影响还不是很清楚。文章针对此问题开展实验研究。实验室对电机设计了匝间短路、线圈间短路和相间短路三种故障模式,采用4种测试方式进行对比测试分析。结果表明:电机故障检测仪可以有效地检测出电机的早期故障,常用的控制箱测试方式会降低故障检出的敏感度,但是该测试过程简单,便于大量电机的普测。在具体工作开展时,建议首先采用常用测试方式在电机控制箱进行,若发现严重参数不平衡,应当拆开电机接线盒,解开端子连接,分别进行单相测试,以便于定位故障绕组及故障原因分析。 Electricmotor isthe keypartof the propulsion system andauxiliary machine system of the warship,it is very important to carry out the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for the motorto guarantee the warship' s safe navigation. Motor fault detector which is based on the MCA theory is a common monitoring instrument for the warship motor because of its portability,easy operation. However,in the routine work,the reliability of the measuring results and influence of the measuring method on the measuring resultswas not clearly known. Focus these problems,the experiment study was carried out in this paper. Three types of short circuit faults in stator winding were made in laboratory and four measuring methods were used to detect these faults. The results show that,the motor fault detector can check out the infancy faults in the stator winding effectively. The common measuring methods operated in the control box would reduce thesusceptibility to faults of the instrument. However,due to its easy operating process,the commonmeasuring methods are suitable for large number of equipment detection. It was suggested that,during the routine monitoring process,the common measuring methods should be used first in the control box. If a large imbalance in the measuring results occurs,a further measuring step should be carried out in the terminal box withall the winding terminals unconnected to check out the failure reason and location.
