DC-CIK联合IFN-γ与IFN-γ、IFN-α1b治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效比较

摘要 目的研究DC-CIK联合IFN-γ对慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法 86例慢性乙型肝炎患者分别接受DC-CIK联合IFN-γ与IFN-γ、IFN-α1b治疗48周。检测治疗前和治疗后24周患者外周血HBV DNA、ALT和肝纤维化4项水平。并以FibroScan肝纤维化无创检测仪检测治疗前和治疗后24周的肝硬度值。结果治疗后3组受试者HBV DNA载量差异有统计学意义(F=3.789,P=0.027),DC-CIK联合IFN-γ组和IFN-α1b治疗组的HBV DNA水平要低于IFN-γ治疗组(P=0.044和P=0.010)。DC-CIK联合IFN-γ组以及IFN-γ治疗组治疗后肝硬度值较治疗前明显下降(t=4.403,P=0.000;t=2.611,P=0.015)。结论 DC-CIK联合IFN-γ治疗可提高IFN-γ的抗纤维化作用。
