摘要
喷涂防雾漆的前照灯外透镜所引起的流挂问题一直是行业面临的难点问题。基于东风标致某款车型前照灯项目,通过分析防雾漆的防雾机理和防雾漆流挂问题的产生机理,剖析防雾漆流挂产生的原因,提出优化前照灯内部空气湿度、空气流通速率和防雾漆特性的解决方案,并通过项目验证证明方案的可行性和有效性。这些技术方案,弥补了当前车灯行业防雾漆使用方面的技术空白,也为后续整车厂在车灯防雾使用方面提供了重要的经验反馈和设计指导。
The flowing mark for the headlamps with anti-mist coating is always regarded as the hard issue in the auto lamp industrials. By analyzing the default that occurred on the Peugeot 3008, This paper analyzes the mechanism of anti-mist and flowing mark caused by anti-mist coating, and puts forward the proposal to improve the flowing mark from the perspectives of air humidity, circulation velocity and the performance of anti-mist coating itself. It is proved by testing that the method given by the paper are feasible and effective. The solution given by the paper fills the domestic gap in this field and also provides very important lesson for the proper application of anti-mist coating in the future.
