氯-硫酸盐体系下硫酸钙溶解度相图的研究进展

Research progress on solubility phase diagrams of calcium sulfate in chloride-sulfate solutions

硫酸钙在氯-硫酸盐体系中的结晶现象广泛存在于卤水制盐和油田开发等众多工业领域,这将导致管道堵塞和传热效率下降等问题。为此,总结归纳了硫酸钙在氯-硫酸盐混合体系中溶解度相图的研究进展,发现硫酸钙溶解度受溶液温度及其他组分浓度影响较大,因此在实际的生产过程中可根据溶解度规律调整适当的组分浓度及温度。本研究为解决工业生产过程中硫酸钙结晶难题提供了数据支撑,为进一步研究硫酸钙在氯-硫酸盐水溶液体系下的溶解度规律提出了方向。

The crystallization of calcium sulfate in the chloride-sulfate system widely exists in many industrial fields,such as salt production from brine and oilfield development,which will lead to the blockage in the pipelines and the decrease of heat transfer efficiency.To this end,the research progress on solubility phase diagrams of calcium sulfate in chloride-sulfate mixed system was summarized.It was found that the solubility of calcium sulfate was significantly affected by the solution temperature and other components concentration.Therefore,the proper components concentration and temperature could be adjusted according to the solubility regularities in the actual production process.The research work of this paper provided data support for solving the problem of calcium sulfate crystallization in industrial production process,and put forward the direction for further researching the solubility regularities of calcium sulfate in the system of chloride-sulfate solutions.
