洗扫车专用风机气动噪声分析与优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对某型洗扫车风机气动噪声大的问题,以洗扫车专用风机为研究对象,运用ANSYS Fluent软件,基于滑移网格对风机进行三维瞬态数值仿真分析。对比风机实验P-Q曲线,验证仿真模型的合理性。使用F-WH声比拟模型计算风机远场声压级,对比分析原始结构和优化结构风机在额定工况下流场和气动噪声特征。结果表明,风机的蜗舌区域涡流显著,对气动噪声的贡献最大,是气动噪声源;改进结构的叶轮内部流场"射流-尾迹"结构明显减弱,流线分布更均匀,气流顺畅。风机噪声降低约8.5%,实现了降噪目的。 Aiming at the problem of large noise of a certain type of sweeping car fan, taking the sweeping car fan as the research object, this paper uses ANSYS Fluent software to carry out 3 D transient numerical simulation of the fan based on the sliding grid. Compare the P-Q curve of the fan experiment to verify the rationality of the simulation model. The F-WH acoustic model was used to calculate the far-field sound pressure level of the fan. The flow field and aerodynamic noise characteristics of the original structure and optimized structure fan under rated conditions were compared. The results show that the vortex area of the fan has significant vortex and contributes most to the aerodynamic noise. The jet-wake structure of the impeller with the improved structure is obviously weakened, the flow field is more uniform, and the fan noise is reduced by about 8.5% purpose.
