摘要
模态频率是悬置支架设计过程中的重要设计参数。悬置支架模态频率的高低,对于电驱变速箱及其所在的新能源汽车的NVH性能有重要影响。本文以某电驱变速箱的悬置支架模态设计为例,以柔度为优化目标,以模态频率、体积为约束条件,利用拓扑优化方法对悬置支架的设计进行了优化,提升了其模态频率值。其中第一阶模态频率值由优化前的360Hz变为优化后的504Hz,提高了40%,优化效果明显。
Modal frequency is an important parameter of mount bracket, and has a significant influence on NVH perfor-mance of Electric-Drive Unit and vehicle. An Electric-Drive Unit mount bracket had been taken for an example to show the application of topology optimization to improve the modal parameters of the bracket, with the flexibility as the optimization target and modal frequency and volume as the constraints. The result shows that the first modal frequency has increase from 360 Hz to 504 Hz, and topology optimization is an effective method to instruct the design of mount bracket.
