摘要
通过对搭载两种不同变速器的车辆进行怠速工况的油耗测试以及各变速器拖曳扭矩台架测试,分析两者的差异,锁定造成上述差异的原因,然后制定搭载双离合自动变速车辆油耗改善方案,通过实车油耗测试,确认达到节油目的,验证优化方法的正确性,为搭载双离合自动变速器车辆怠速工况离合器控制方法优化提供依据。
Through different results between idle fuel consumption test and transmission drag torque test on vehicles with different transmissions, find out influence factors, formulate fuel-consumption modification method of DCT vehicles. And then validate the validity of the modification method by vehicle fuel-consumption test, provide basis for idle speed clutch controlling of DCT vehicles.
