摘要
介绍了从阳极泥中提取稀贵金属的卡尔多炉火法冶炼工艺,分析原有冶炼烟气净化系统在运行中存在的问题及原因。针对烟气净化系统存在的问题,采用湍冲洗涤技术对系统进行改造,改造后运行实践表明:系统硒回收率提高了13个百分点,含稀贵金属的有价烟尘回收率提高了1.5个百分点,系统阻力降低了70%~76%,生产能力从4.0 kt/a提高到5.6 kt/a。
The Kaldor turnace smelting process for extracting rare precious metals from anode slime is introduced.The existing problems and reasons of the original smelting flue gas purification system in operation are analyzed. In view of the problems existing in the flue gas purification system, the system is retk^nned by the turbulence washing technology. The operation practice shows that the re- covery efficiency of selenium is increased by 13 percentage points, the recovery rate of the smoke and dust with rare precious metals is increased by 1.5 percentage points, and the energy consumption is reduced by 70%-76% because of reducing the pressure loss and the production capacity is raised from 4. 0 kt/a to 5.6 kt/a.
