从海上大型编队辐射管控现实需求入手,构建海上大型编队电磁辐射管控体系。研究了海上大型编队电磁辐射管控的主要作用、关键任务和核心需求,构建了由管控计划系统、管控监控系统、管控决策评估系统和管控数据库系统等四个系统构成的海上大型编队电磁辐射管控体系,分析了体系主要功能,并从组织计划、战场管控和评估反馈等三个环节研究了基于辐射管控体系的编队电磁辐射管控运行流程。研究成果对推进海上大型编队辐射管控体系建设具有重要的理论研究价值。

This paper starts fi＇om the cun＇ent demand of large warship fleet electromagnetic radiation control and builds the large warship fleet electromagnetic radiation control system. Main tunctions, key tasks, core requirements of the large warship fleet electromagnetic radiation control were researched. The large warship fleet electromagnetic radiation control system, which is consist of the planning system, the monitoring system, the decision evaluation system and the database system, was built and its main tunctions were analyzed. The organizational planning link, the battlefield control link and the evaluation teedback link of the large fleet electromagnetic radiation control＇s running process was researched. The research results of the paper have important theoretical research value in promoting the construction of the large warship fleet electromagnetic radiation control system.
