基于石油井眼轨迹控制方法的导向运动控制研究

摘要 为了更好满足各类井眼导向运动轨迹的控制需求,结合井眼导向运动轨迹钻具的控制特点,建立了井眼导向运动轨迹的定向造斜方程,并通过计算井眼导向钻具的造斜率、工具面角、定向方位角分布曲线,建立井眼导向运动轨迹的控制方法。通过算例证明,井眼钻具的导向和井眼导向运动轨迹的主法线方向一致,并且定向方位角与工具面角存在互补关系。该研究结果可以反映井眼导向钻具和井眼导向运动轨迹间的作用机制,可为石油钻井过程中的井眼导向运动轨迹的设计施工提供良好的控制决策。 In order to better meet the control requirements of the trajectory of all kinds of wellbore guidance and combine with the control characteristics of borehole guided trajectory drilling tools,the directional deviation equation is established for the trajectory of the borehole direction motion,which calculated the slope and the tool surface angle and the orientation azimuth distribution curve of the borehole guide drill,a control method for setting up the trajectory of borehole guide motion.The main line of the direction of examples can prove the orientation and borehole trajectory oriented borehole drilling line,also,there is a complementary relationship between the directional azimuth and the angle of the tool surface.The results of this study can reflect the mechanism of action between borehole guided drilling tools and borehole guide motion trajectory which can provide a good control decision for the design and construction of the trajectory of the borehole guiding movement during the oil drilling.
