多重叠套管射孔性能试验与现场应用

Experiment and Field Application of Multi-layer Casing Perforation Performance

应用套管完井的油气井,根据不同的目的封堵不同的层位。有些异常高压地层需要通过多层套管固井封堵;有些超深井需要保证井口安全,套管直接回接到井口,存在潜能的油气井层位被多层复合套管封堵。为了挖潜,或是利用油气井层位注水,或是重新认识部分层位,都需要进行多层复合套管射孔。分析了油气井的多层复合套管状况及存在的技术难题,研究多层套管的射孔工艺,进行了多层套管射孔地面打靶功能性试验,现场实施多层复合套管射孔应用试验,验证多层套管射孔的作业效果。

For the oil and gas wells application of casing well completion,according to different purposes to block different layers.Some abnormal high pressure formation apply the multi-layer casing cementing plugging.Some ultra-deep wells need to ensure wellhead safety,casing directly back to the wellhead.In this case,the potential of the oil and gas wells are multi-layer composite casing blockage,in order to tap the potential,or the use of oil and gas wells to inject water,or re-understand some of reservoir,need to perforate multi-layer composite casings.This paper analyzes the situation of multi-layer composite casing in oil and gas wells,analyzes the existing technical problems,studies the perforation process of multi-layer casing,performs multi-layer perforation ground test,and performs multi-layer composite casing perforation application Test,verify the effect of multi-layer casing perforation operation.
