摘要
为了解决现有折弯机人工操作工序多、弯曲曲率不易保证、成型精度难以控制等问题,设计了一款亚克力板自动折弯机。本产品在进料时通过调隙板结构可加工不同厚度的亚克力板,折弯过程由数控编程实现对加工板料任意角度、曲率半径的控制。折弯前利用加热板加热棒结构提高加热效率,折弯后通过散热棒结构加快了冷却速率。加工完成后由曲柄摇杆机构实现半成品的输送。并将对各部分功能作了进一步阐述。
In view of the existing manual bending machine, bending curvature is not easy to guarantee, insufficient forming angle is difficult to control, the innovative design of a acrylic plate automatic bending machine device. This product can be acrylic sheet material with different thickness, the angle of sheet metal processing by arbitrary NC programming, control in the process of radius of curvature. To improve the heating efficiency, speed up the cooling speed, save material. The processing can be realized after the separation, cutting half finished product conveying function, and the function of each part for further elaboration.
