摘要
采用三维线弹性有限元方法分析了大型水轮机蜗壳充水加压结构的受力状态,得到了该结构的应力分布规律,通过两种充水加压内水压力值方案的比较,提出了该蜗壳外围混凝土配筋建议及充水加压内水压力值的选择范围。
By three-dimensional finite element method, the distribution of stress in the spiral case with keeping constant internal water pressure during construction has been discussed. By comparison of two constant internal water pressure, the suggestion on reinforcement of surrounding concrete and the selection range of water pressure during construction of the spiral case is put forward.
