基于O2O的物流配送综合成本评价研究

Research on Comprehensive Cost Evaluation of Logistics Distribution Based on O2O

随着互联网的迅猛发展及智能手机的普及,O2O模式逐步取代传统商业模式,改变人们的购物习惯。现阶段O2O发展中遇到诸多瓶颈,物流配送成本就是其不可回避的问题之一。文章在剖析配送所产生的社会综合成本前提下,利用层次分析法对O2O环境下常见的三种物流配送模式进行综合成本评价。

With the rapid development of the internet and the popularity of smart phones, the 020 mode has gradually replaced the traditional business mode and changed people’s shopping habits. At present, there are many bottlenecks in the development of 020, and the cost of logistics distribution is one of the unavoidable problems. 0 n the premise of analyzing the social comprehen-sive cost of distribution, this paper uses analytic hierarchy process （AHP） to evaluate the comprehensive cost of three common logistics distribution modes under 020 environment.
