In recent years, with the continuous updates and breakthroughs of platform, algorithm and interactive mode, AI （artifi-cial intelligence） technology has come to an explosive development. AI has brought great changes to the development of tradition-al logistics industry. This paper analyzes the development trend of logistics industry under the background of future AI. This pa-per summarizes four aspects intelligent planning, intelligent equipment and number analysis and prediction, intelligent distribution. What changes will happen in the development of logistics industry due to AI.
