基于政府扶持的低碳产品动态定价机制及碳排放策略研究

在积极应对气候变化的背景下,低碳发展成为当今时代世界各国的发展潮流,企业也越来越重视低碳产品的研发。文章主要研究基于政府扶持低碳产业并且在配额制为基础的碳交易体系下,单个企业对于低碳产品动态定价及碳排放策略问题。通过建立模型讨论了产品价格以及企业碳排放量是如何影响消费者以及政府因对低碳产品扶持而做出政府采购的购买意愿,研究了综合低碳产品价格、企业碳排放量、消费者购买意愿以及政府为扶持低碳产业做出低碳产品采购对于低碳产品销售量的影响,基于此得出低碳产品最优价格及其生产周期内的最优目标碳排放量。

In the context of the positive response to climate change, low-carbon development has become the development trend of all countries in the world today, and enterprises ate paying more and more attention to the research and developnlent of how- carbon products. Tiffs paper mainly studies the dynanffc pricing and carbon euffssion strategy of low carbon products based on the govermment＇s active support of low-carbon products in the context of cap-and-trade system. In particular, the pro＇chase intention of consumers and the number of government procurement will be aftected by the price of the product and the carbon enffssions of enterprises. Government procurement is the performance of the government to support the low carbon industry. This paper studies the effects of low carbon product prices, corporate carbon emissions, consumer purchase intentions and government procurement on the sales of low carbon products. In this paper, we determine the optimal price of low carbon products produced by the low car- bon enterprise and the target carbon emission in the production cycle.
