国务院办公厅发布了《关于积极推进供应链创新与应用的指导意见》(以下简称《意见》),首次将供应链的创新与应用上升为国家战略,这既是我国各个产业获得跨越式发展的机遇,也是全面形成产业生态体系从而获得全球竞争优势的机遇,通过确立科学的建设路径可以有效地保证实现供应链体系的建设。

The general office of the State Council issued the guidance on actively promoting the innovation and application of supply chain （hereinafter referred to as ＂opinion＂）. It is the first time to raise the innovation and application of supply chain into the national strategy, which is not only an opportu- nity for China＇s industries to achieve leapfrog development, but also a comprehensive industrial ecological system. Through the establishment of scientific construction path, we can effectively guarantee the realization of the supply chain systent.
