摘要
农村籍大学生一直是农村教师供给的主力。本文利用西部连片贫困地区所在省份的6所师范院校的调研数据,运用逻辑回归方法分析农村籍大学生去农村任教意愿的内在影响因素。结果表明:任教意愿是在个体对自身发展的理性追求以及劳动力市场对不同素质个体的筛选机制的共同作用下形成的;家庭社会资本和代际流动期望影响农村籍大学生的任教意愿;农村认知是影响长久任教的关键因素。结合理论和实证分析,文章提出了吸引学生去农村任教的政策建议。
Rural-born college students are the main supply of rural teachers. Based on a survey conducted in six normal universities in western China,this paper analyzes the internal factors influencing the willingness of rural-born college students to teach in the countryside. Key findings are summarized as follows:the willingness to teach can be attributed to both individuals' rational pursuit of development and the screening mechanism of market; family social capital and family expectation of intergenerational mobility influence the willingness to teach; rural identity is the key to long-term teaching. Based on both theoretical and empirical analysis,the paper puts forward several policy suggestions for attracting college students to teach in the countryside.
