摘要
目的观察分析关节镜引导下微创内固定治疗膝关节内骨折的治疗成效。方法该次的56例研究对象均方便选自该院2015年1月—2017年12月期间接收的膝关节内骨折患者,将其依照不同治疗方式分为两组,各28例。对照组患者采取切开复位内固定术,而观察组采取关节镜引导下微创内固定治疗方式,探究对比两组患者的治疗成效。结果观察组患者的总治疗优良率为96.43%,明显高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.284,P<0.05);另外,观察组患者的精神健康为(86.66±4.98)分、社会功能为(79.57±6.66)分、生理职能为(77.67±4.35)分、情感状况为(88.86±7.12)分、健康状况为(81.35±6.28)分,均明显高于对照组的(75.22±6.03)分、(69.35±6.35)分、(70.23±4.23)分、(73.55±6.53)分和(70.32±6.08)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.753、4.975、5.898、4.158、5.133,P<0.05)。结论对膝关节内骨折患者采取关节镜引导下微创内固定治疗方式,可降低对患者的损伤程度,改善术后膝关节功能,治疗成效明显。
Objective This paper tries to observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of arthroscopy guided minimally invasive internal fixation for the treatment of intraarticular fractures of the knee. Methods All 56 subjects in this study were convenient selected from patients with knee fractures received from January 2015 to December 2017 in this hospital. They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 28 cases in each group. The patients in the control group underwent open reduction and internal fixation, while the observation group underwent arthroscopic guided minimally invasive internal fixation to explore and compare the treatment efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results The overall treatment-good rate was 96.43% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than the 71.43% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.284, P〈0.05). In addition, the mental health of the observation group was(86.66±4.98)points. The scores and social functions were(79.57±6.66) points, physiological functions were(77.67 ±4.35) points, emotional conditions were(88.86 ±7.12) points, and health conditions were(81.35 ±6.28) points,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(75.22 ±6.03)points,(69.35 ±6.35)points,(70.23 ±4.23)points,(73.55±6.53)points and(70.32 ± 6.08) points. The differences were statistically significant(t=5.753, 4.975, 5.898, 4.158,5.133,P〈0.05). Conclusion The use of arthroscopic guided minimally invasive internal fixation for patients with intra-articular knee fractures can reduce the degree of injury to patients and improve postoperative knee joint function.
