涵江区入托入学儿童预防接种证查验状况分析

Analysis of the Checkup of Preventive Vaccination Card for Children Enrolled in Hanjiang District

目的分析探讨涵江区入托入学儿童预防接种证的查验工作进展情况。方法该次研究针对2014—2016年涵江区入托入学儿童的预防接种证办理情况展开了调查分析,并对儿童的疫苗接种情况进行了调查统计,查看持证率的变化情况,并统计儿童疫苗接种率的改善情况。结果经过研究,2014、2015年和2016年的查验率分别为94.19%、98.01%和99.99%,2014、2015年和2016年的儿童疫苗接种证的补证率分别为93.06%、97.97%和100.00%,查验率和补证率均有所提高;2014、2015年和2016年的疫苗补种率为98.47%、96.79%、94.53%,疫苗补种率有下降的趋势。结论通过对涵江区入托入学儿童预防接种证情况进行查验,有利于推动儿童疫苗接种工作的顺利展开,提高儿童的预防疾病免疫能力。

Objective This paper tries to analyze and discuss the progress of the inspection of vaccination certificate for children admitted to nursery school in Hanjiang District. Methods The study conducted investigations and analysis of the status of immunizations for children enrolled in schools in Hanjiang District from 2014 to 2016, and conducted surveys and statistics on the vaccination status of children to check the changes in the rate of holding certificates and statistics, and improvements in child vaccination rates. Results After research, the inspection rates in 2014, 2015, and 2016 were 94.19%,98.01%, and 99.99%, respectively, and the supplemental rates of child vaccination certificates in 2014, 2015, and 2016 were 93.06%, 97.97%, 100.00% respectively, the inspection rate and the rate of supplemental cardiology were all improved;the vaccine reseeding rates in 2014, 2015 and 2016 were 98.47%, 96.79% and 94.53%, and the vaccine supplementation rate had a downward trend. Conclusion The investigation of vaccination certificates for children enrolled in Hanjiang District is conducive to promoting the smooth development of child vaccination and enhancing children＇s ability to prevent diseases.
