经皮微创脊柱椎弓根钉棒系统内固定对胸腰椎骨折的效果分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨经皮微创脊柱椎弓根钉棒系统内固定对胸腰椎骨折的效果。方法便利抽取2016年6月—2017年12月来该院就诊的胸腰椎骨折患者82例作为该次的研究对象,其中对常规组(n=41)采取4钉内固定术治疗,对实验组(n=41)采取经皮微创脊柱椎弓根钉棒系统内固定治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的手术耗时[(108.45±3.55)min]、住院时间[(10.25±3.01)d]、开始自主活动时间[(6.08±1.63)d]均明显短于常规组,实验组患者的术中出血量[(182.20±19.47)m L]明显少于常规组(P=0.000 0);实验组ASIA评分[(9.78±0.56)分]明显高于常规组(P=0.000 0);实验组与常规组的并发症发生率分别为7.32%与31.71%,(χ~2=7.765 2,P=0.005 0)。结论对胸腰椎骨折患者采取经皮微创脊柱椎弓根钉棒系统内固定治疗的效果显著,便于降低术后并发症发生率,缩短手术耗时,保证优良的手术治疗效果。 Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of percutaneous minimally invasive spinal pedicle screw system internal fixation on thoracolumbar fractures. Methods 82 patients with thoracolumbar fractures who came to the hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were convenient selected as the subject of this study. Among them, 4 nails were used to treat the conventional group(n=41). The experimental group(n=41) was treated with a percutaneous minimally invasive spinal pedicle screw system to compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients. Results The operation time of patients in the experimental group [(108.45±3.55)min], length of hospital stay [(10.25±3.01)d], and time of starting autonomy [(6.08±1.63)d] were all significantly shorter than those of the routine group. The intraoperative blood loss [(182.20 ±19.47)m L] was significantly less than the conventional group(P=0.000 0); the ASIA score in the experimental group [(9.78±0.56)points] was significantly higher than the conventional group(P=0.000 0); the experimental group and the conventional group of the incidence of complications was 7.32% and 31.71%, respectively(χ2=7.765 2,P=0.005 0). Conclusion The use of percutaneous minimally invasive spine pedicle screw system internal fixation for patients with thoracolumbar fractures has significant effect, which is easy to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, shorten the operation time, and ensure excellent surgical treatment.
