摘要
美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校继续教育英语教学评价呈现以下几个特点:在评价主体上,强调学生的自评,在评价功能上强调评价的教育属性,在评价类型上强调形成性评价,在评价方法上强调相对评价法。高校应当建立教师培训和激励机制,促使教师采用新的评价方法;教师应该主动把握教学评价的发展趋势,开展专业教学改革,争取学生的理解和积极参与,培养其自评能力。
There are such features in English Teaching Evaluation of Continuing Education in UCSD Extension as emphasizing students' self-evaluation in the evaluation subject,highlighting the educational function of assessment in the evaluation function,stressing the formative evaluation in the evaluation type,underlining the relative evaluation in the evaluation method.Therefore college teachers should grasp actively the development trends of teaching evaluation and carry out teaching reform,set up the teacher training and incentive mechanism and encourage teachers to adopt new evaluation methods,strive for students' understanding and active participation and develop their ability to self-evaluation.
