北部湾“东轴”城市空间经济关系发展研究

Probe into the Development of Spatial Economic Relationship of the Cities in“Eastern Axis”of Beibu Gulf

将北部湾城市群划分为"东轴"和"西轴"两条城市轴线,运用区域经济发展阶段理论,从城市中心性、产业分工指数和经济联系隶属度三方面分析"东轴"城市区域空间经济关系现状。"东轴"城市处于点轴形成的初始阶段,尚未形成具备增长极特征的中心城市,粤西三市同质化竞争激烈,湛江和海口表现出双城联动增长极的趋势。建议打造双城联动模式的"东轴"城市增长极,赋予湛江一定省级决策权,协调粤西三市的竞合关系,夯实"东轴"城市区域基础建设,做好北部湾区域协调。

The Beibu Gulf city group is divided into the＂Eastern Axis＂and the＂Western Axis＂.By the regional economy development phase principle,it is analyzed the status of spatial economic relationship of cities in the＂Eastern Axis＂ from the perspectives of urban centrality,industrial specialization index and economic linkage membership grade.It is discovered that the development of cities in＂Eastern Axis＂is in the initial stage of the formation of the point-axis,and has not yet formed a central city with growth pole characteristics;the homogenization competition in the three cities of western Guangdong is fierce,and Zhanjiang and Haikou show a trend of twin-city linkage growth.Based on the above conclusions,it is proposed to build the＂Eastern Axis＂urban growth pole with the twin-city linkage model,giving Zhanjiang a certain provincial decision-making power,coordinating the competition and cooperation relationship among the three cities of western Guangdong,consolidating the ＂East Axis＂urban regional infrastructure,and doing agood job in the Beibu Gulf area coordination.
