城市居民环保责任归因、环保效用感知与环保行为研究

Research of Attribution of Environmental Protection Responsibility,Perception of Environmental Protection Effectiveness and Pro-environmental Behavior

居民环保行为是受到多种因素影响的复杂行为,环境关心、环境知识、环保规范、环保责任归因、环保效用感知等因素都对环保行为产生不同的影响。环境关心、环境知识和环保规范对环保行为产生正向直接作用;环保责任归因削弱了环境关心与环保行为的正向关系,起到抑制调节作用,居民越是将环保责任归因于他人,环境关心对环保行为的促进作用越弱;环保效用感知强化了环境关心、环境知识、环保规范与环保行为的正向关系,产生正向调节作用,居民越是认为自己环保行为有利于环境,越是能实施环保行为。政府的环保宣教应重视环保责任的宣传教育,并设计让居民感知环保行为效用的途径。

Pro-environmental behavior of citizen is the complex behavior affected by many factors. Environmental concern,environmental knowledge,environmental norm play the direct role on pro-environmental behaviors. Attribution of environmental protection responsibility plays the negative moderating role on the relationship between the environmental concern and pro-environmental behavior. The more the residents attribute the environmental responsibility to others,the weaker the environmental concern has on environmental protection behavior; The perception of environmental protection effectiveness positively moderates the relationship between environmental concern,environmental knowledge,environmental norm and pro-environmental behaviors. The more people think their environmental behavior is conducive to the environment,the more they can implement environmental protection behavior. The government＇s environmental education should pay attention to the publicity and education of environmental responsibility,and design a way to let residents perceive the effectiveness of environmental protection.
