刘扬忠先生著的《儒风汉韵流海内:两宋辽金西夏时期的中国意识与民族观念》上下两编,分别从两宋辽金西夏时期的华夏国家观念与民族忧患意识、宋金精英人物对华夏民族精神建构的长远影响两大方面、对处在10-13世纪多民族政权各自文学中所体现的"中国观"和"民族意识"进行了梳理,这对研究彼时"分裂"态势下多民族政权树立"正统"观有了更进一步的认识。虽为多民族政权并存,中华民族的精神有凝聚力,由此便形成了"中华多元一体"的历史大格局。
